Valentina and Giancarlo, deeply rooted in the region's wine tradition. Their bond with wine, passed down through Giancarlo's family since the 19th century, led them to meet and share a common dream. In 1969, with courage and determination, the couple invested their savings in the purchase of 7 hectares of land in Fumane, including prestigious cru such as Monte Tenda, Monte Crosetta and Rasso.

The decision to embrace organic viticulture was dictated by the deep conviction of Valentina, whose passion for sustainability has permeated the company's entire philosophy.

The winery produces wines using only the grapes, which are harvested strictly by hand by a team of reliable and competent employees who select only perfect bunches that will later become wine.

During the fermentation process, the cellar is filled with the heady aroma of wine, fresh fruit and flowers. The winery's approach is always quality-oriented: they analyze and taste the wines before deciding when to put them on the market, in addition to performing a series of rigorous evaluations.
