Tenuta Rubino

Tenuta Rubino was established in the early 1980s by Tommaso Rubino.  

Both the traditions of Salento and a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit have been passed down from Tommaso to his son, Luigi. Luigi has undertaken this entrepreneurial legacy, pouring all of his passion into the family’s winery and making it a global ambassador of Apulian viticulture.

Respecting nature, producing wines that speak of the strength of the Apulian land in an authentic way. This is the mantra of Tenuta Liliana, the winery in the heart of Salento. The vineyards rise up to two hundred meters above sea level and are deeply rooted in a land of ancient peasant tradition.

Polvanera – Contrada La Marchesana 

A long family tradition characterizes the history of Polvanera. Located between Acquaviva delle Fonti and Gioia del Colle, the cellar, excavated into 8 meters of limestone rock, is surrounded by a singular countryside, with typical dry stone walls, downy oaks and vineyards.  

The combination between tradition and innovation gave life to wines strictly connected with territory, that have a high drinkability and typical elegant, fresh and mineral notes.
