Calcareous-clay marl with presence of sand and silt. After the fermentation in
stainless steel tanks with temperature control, it matures in steel for at least 3 months. From Arneis grapes, this wine is obtained through a long fermentation and temperature- controlled refinement in stainless steel tanks. Thanks to the long-lasting contact with its lees (bâttonage), it gives off aromatic complexity and fullness to the palate. From Arneis vines, this bright straw yellow wine has an elegant flavour with balsamic hits and lemon balm remarks. The taste is fresh, flavourful and moderately persistent.
