Vinification: the vinification process follows the tradition, with about 15 days of floating cap fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
Aging: total ageing of 38 months, with a minimum of 20 months in large. French oak casks and at least 4 months in bottle
Terroir: Calcareous-clay marl with presence of sand and silt

COLOUR: Brilliant red with a tendency towards garnet with ageing
BOUQUET: Intense, roses, violet, cherries and spices
TASTE: Balanced and elegant, with persistent velvet tannins
