Training System: Traditional with Guyot pruning
Ageing: After the fermentation, this wine spends about 2 months in steel and cement tanks, before being bottled. It follows a refinement of some months in bottle
Organoleptic Features: The colour is a vivid ruby red, with a persistent bouquet of red berries. The taste shows up a moderate acidity and with a balanced and persistent tannin
