Tasting note:
Dark red colour. The nose is complex and anticipates a certain structure and density; it offers aromas of blackcurrant and strawberry with hints of spice, cinnamon, mint and honey, as well as a touch of vegetal freshness typical of this variety with aeration. The finish is subtle, with hints of cedar and oak. Good evolutionary potential. The 2022 vintage was characterised by an average bud break, with high temperatures in July and August. During the ripening phase,
temperatures were average with wide fluctuations.
