Vinifications: The grapes are softly crushed and destemmed, the juice and the skins have been soaking for 16 hours with soft wine-pressing and “delastage” applications. Ageing in steel for 3 months.
Aging potential: Shining colour. Aroma of roses, candy and currants. Fresh and savoury taste. Interesting bouquet of raspberries, wild strawberries and sweeter peach sensations complemented by aromatic herbs. Palate decidedly fragrant centred on freshness and easy drinking with a finish reminiscent of small red fruits.
